You, the purchaser, will NOT receive physical tickets with online purchase! Your tickets will be in "WILL CALL" at the  front door until 8pm and then placed in the tumbler if you don't show. You do NOT have to be present to win! The number on your receipt is NOT your ticket number!

 

The ticket you are purchasing is for the entertainment, food, beverages and fun and for a chance to win one (or more) weapons as a part of that purchase. All ticket purchasers enter the raffle, and all other sales at the event are done so voluntarily and the event is open to the public. There are no guarantees other than all weapons and those items presented this night, will be given away!

If you are a winner of a weapon, you must be able to pass any and all Federal and State regulations and laws related to purchasing and owning a weapon. All weapons will be picked up by the winner off site by completing a firearms purchase application at our retailer. (This includes the parent/guardian of a minor who wins)

 

By purchasing this ticket(s), you agree to hold harmless the Pearland Lions Club, Inc, its officers and its members from any and all liability and shall not cause any suit as a result of obtaining a weapon at this event.

If the winner cannot meet these obligations, the winner forfeits the weapon (or prize) and no refunds nor things of value will be given in exchange.

 

The name on the stub MUST be the person picking up the weapon and you MUST pick up that weapon by December 31, 2025 ..... NO EXCEPTIONS!
